very bad experience when visiting this place in Ontario, the lady we saw was not license attorney for sure, was just trying to get our money and not to help following the step recommended by Nancy on the radio. we have an immigration case with another attorneys who gave us advise on how to proceed with the case, this lady was asking just to sing off a contract of 4000 for attorney fees, we said we don't have that money she start telling us why don't you save in 20 years for this? when we said NO on the contract she got mad and walk away frustrated.

Straight thief's, liars, and most of all the paralegal Luis straight thinks he's better then the clients. Major additude towards my family. And tried to belittle us. No Good! We had a DUI case. We call to ask for Updates on our case and we were treated disrespectfully and don't want to give us any information on our Case. Assistant treats us like we are NOTHING. We got so many letters frim DMV, we were confused about the Case and we would call to ask questions and they never wanted to help or make us feel secure. We would ask about the Hearings at DMV and we were told to show up and HANDLE IT OURSELVES that they had nothing to do with DMV matters, that they only handle court situations. Total lies and misinforming us and we still don't know what happened about the DUI case. First said the case could take 1-3 Years then we called again and told us our case had already been Closed! We never received a letter from Lawyer as of Results and we requested to get info about results and they told us to contact the District Attorney and i asked which one and if they can help me get more info and i was told to Google it myself. I felt totally disrespected by not trying to help me. Very disappointed. Never Again!
