Buying a mattress with Nicolette was fantastic! I dread shopping in general and dread working with salespeople even more, so I was skeptical and not looking forward to buying a mattress. But Nicolette was unlike any salesperson I've dealt with before. She listened to us and was never pushy, and she stayed within our budget and never even tried to tempt us with something more than we wanted. She was patient and gave us time to think and discuss and never rushed or pressured us. We ended up picking a mattress and two pillows and we came in under budget! It was a great shopping experience, and I can't recommend working with Nicolette enough.
