I had to ask for towels. There is aextra fee for service dog. The room smelled of smoke and the carpet was tore at the door. I asked them to look at the room and smell the room. The front desk was afraid of my puppy and would not come in even though she was on a leash. They do not have a hot breakfast besides Oatmeal. The bed is like sleeping on a slab of stone. The T.V is small and set on a 2 drawer stand making it very low unable to watch T.V comfortably from bed. It was not worth the money. Spend an extra 10 bucks down the road.

Spoke to Jane to reserve the room over the phone. Price was affordable. Very accomodating. greeted by Jane and sons. front lobby and room were clean and they were kind. Plenty of parking for our extra long dually and 24' car trailer behind the hotel. Big rig parking. Easy on and off freeway access. Safe neighborhood. The room was quiet and air conditioner worked great. Simple continental breakfast offered and a place to sit down and eat was provided in the room. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Overall, passable, however much could be done for customer comfort. A very big bathroom but a tiny bath, upgrading to a bigger tub and shower would put them up to three stars. For a basic hotel, pet friendly + . No amenities basic services, clean.

Sadly, I stay in hotels multiple times per week, so I would say I have a pretty good point of view as to which hotels are good and which are not. This may be the worst hotel accommodations I've ever had before. The room and hotel were cheap, but the lack of upkeep on the premises was obvious. The only two very old pillows in the room, stacked, were not equivalent to one decent pillow. When you sat down in the chair, it started to fall apart and needed to be snapped back together. The room smells old and the bed was hard as a rock. I'll never stay there again or, for that matter, at the Comfort Inn.

Albuquerque is closest airport. There is a small airport for private small planes. And an aviation museum.
