Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. Seals have failed on our patio doors and garden window. Both have Champion’s “lifetime warrantee”. We first contacted Champion in April of 2021 regarding the failed seals. It is now nearly 14 months later and our issues still haven’t been resolved. The lifetime warrantee is meaningless if it isn’t being honored. We’ve tried to contact customer care a number of times, however the number always rings busy. It’s as though they are intentionally trying to avoid talking to their clients. What a frustrating experience this has been.

On March 20, 2020, I made a warranty claim for a faulty new window installation, and ordered several old window sash replacements. Expected time of delivery was three months. After a complete radio silence on Champion part, I reached out to them in Sept 2020, only to be told by their customer representative that the order was "stuck", but would be fast-tracked. It is now June 2021, with not a single word from Champion since. After reading some other reviews, I now do wonder if the company is still in business .. and if yes, if they are financially healthy to execute on new orders and honor warranty claims. Update 3/20/22: Have not heard back from Champion since last review. Warranty not honored. Order from March 2020 never delivered.

Couldn't be more disappointed with champion windows, my house had every window replaced and 70% of the windows seals failed. "Warranty" supposedly covers "free" replacement ...with a required $185 service call fee. However when I went to have the streaked windows replaced I realized "lifetime warranty" really isnt. Will end up spending thousands of dollars with another company to replace windows so streaked they are borderline impossible to see thru. Plus it took months to get a simple response to my repeated requests for service/call back/email.

Do not use Champion windows. I ended up paying 1000.00 per window. Anderson which is much better is maxed out at around 740.00. They never call you back and they only want to rip you off. The company from hell! Save yourselves! Use any other company for windows or vinyl or sunrooms. Trust me. The salesman even quit because the jobs he sold were not getting done!
