what percent of spot do you pay per dwt FOR 200 DWT 14K GOLD
They will take silver-plated objects, even if it's tarnished. I dont think tarnish really makes a difference because they pretty much going to melt down what they get in order to separate the silver from whatever else is in the silver-plated objects you're thinking of bringing to them.
