Delivery was made within 20 minutes of said estimated time frame. Driver called 15 minutes before arrival. Driver was polite and professional. Items weren't crushed or damaged.

Horrible customer service, their drivers are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Have very little to no consideration for other people, in person and on the road, because they certainly are not abiding by safety standards or rules of the road. Should go over in orientation, that throwing out The F-word to people multiple times or even yelling it in general isn’t very professional while on the job, as well as trying to start arguments, but hey if that’s how you teach your employees how to operate/to not reach the bare minimum of their job requirements as a delivery driver, good luck to you as a company. One of the worst companies to deal with in my opinion.

These folks are awesome. The driver was smart enough to park his 60 foot truck on the busy crossroad than attempting my narrow street. He was kind enough to drop my pallet exactly where I needed it close to my house in my private parking lot without fuss or argument. The delivery was exactly on time as promised. I would use R&L anytime over UPS / FedEx if I had a choice next time.
