The staff is amazing here! However, I give 1 star because Dr. Watson is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t care about her patients at all and assumes everyone is there to get pain medicine in order to get high. I’ve suffered from migraines for years and my prescription grade medicine wasn’t helping so I came to her for help. Her solution was to give me Motrin and send me home. She doesn’t listen to anything her patients tell her.

Went to Doctors Care this morning for extreme back pain at 9:15. Waited until 12 and never saw a doctor.

Jess was very salty. I asked her if I needed to fill the 2nd paper out which had to do with a health survey and her response was rude. Then she wanted me to check the box saying I got the privacy paper and I told her I did not get it. Her response was "well everyone just throws those away anyway" and said I will give you one. You probably got one last time. Her attitude was very unprofessional. I never had a mask on until after the incident and she called me out. I try to report it to the healthcare provider. She said she would and there was no way to hand in a written report. I called to talk to manager and Jess said that theirs was out on family leave and would not give me a way to contact. Her attitude was unprofessional. I just came to get them to check for TB skin test. Hopefully she treated those that were sick in a better manner. Susan I never give reviews. but felt this was something I needed to do.
