Just moved to the area and this location has provided excellent service on each visit. The staff is always nice and they do what they have to do to make the lines go down fast. I had my mail held for a few weeks while my mailbox was installed and each time I went I. To collect, it was a fast process.

I use this post office to send out mail quite often, the employees are always nice, they let me ask questions if needed, and are generally just kind people.

They have no respect for constitutional rights regarding filming or photography in a publicly accessible postal office areas for purposes of public oversite of government officials. The white guy in this photo needs to be schooled on federally protected activities.

We need past ports. Ours are over 15 yrs old and we are RVers full timers. Our permanent address is in NC. Does N Main PO in Simpsonville SC have correct forms and do they make photos?Also can they give you how long it takes to get one issued?

They have the paperwork for passports but an appointment should be made so that you can be seen. They no longer take pictures there you will have to go to an approved photo vendor for that.

can you guys actually deliver mail to the right address? i feel like me and alone with my neighbors, the courier is stealing anything they want; for their kids, to sell, etc. I've had 4 clothings items disappear after being "delivered"

You can sign up for informed delivery. With informed delivery... they send you an email everyday with images of all the mail scanned that is supposed to be delivered to your address that day. So, if it's not delivered... you can report it stolen/missing and...

No, they removed that several years ago.

2 days ago a mailman wouldnt deliver mail because of "animal interference". I live in sc-14. Theres no animals. The package was useless after it wasn't delivered when iy was supposed to. Have a neighbor who witnessed everything. I want reimbursement!

Hold Mail scheduled with end date this past Friday (Jan 11th). Accumulated mail was to be delivered next day. It didn't on Saturday, nor today Monday. Checked and confirmed it was to be delivered. Who do I call to find where's our mail?

Call the Simpsonville post office. 963-5909. The supervisor will ask the carrier for your route about it and make sure they bring it to you.
