These urgent care doctors are really not great. Been there 4 times for the same issue and haven’t resolved anything while I’ve been in pain for a couple of months. They don’t explain anything and the next thing you know they’re on to the next patient. Unbelievable.

This is the place to go for urgent care. Prompt, professional service. They have made covid testing quick and efficient. As we waited I turned off the cars ignition but kept it on to play audio books for my little one. My battery died. Staff was so gracious and kind. Ben quickly pulled his truck up and jumped my car as he did the covid swabs without skipping a beat. As usual, but even more so this time, I so grateful and pleased with the staffs professionalism. and kindness, too!

I was in there for post surgical complications, possible blood clots in my legs. Everyone was kind except the blond pretend nurse who was spying on my through my curtons. I had just had my testing done and was crying because of the pain and the fact that I was alone and scared. I pulled my mask below my nose to wipe it and she immediately appeared being very rude about my mask being below my nose. Instead of of being a decent human being and asking if I was OK and asking nicely to pull it back up. First off spying on patience is incredibly unethical and testing patience like that is unacceptable and I will not tolerate that. So I left asking them to put my results on my chart so I could handle my medical issues and not die. They absolutely did not. I run human Resources for business in the medical field and will be lodging a formal complaint v and contacting a lawyer as well. No one should have to tolerate being treated that way by a Suppose it medical professional just to stay alive and . And the fact that they would rather be petty and not post my results to allow me to take care of my medical issues instead they would rather may have a pulmonary embolism because I wouldn't allow their pretenders to disrespect me and spy on me is petty and unethical and goes against everything that the medical profession should be doing I will absolutely be taking action!Truly Discuss me the way everything was handled their the front desk people absolutely amazing in kind genuinely seemed to care the people in back not so much In their the ones that are supposed to be in charge of your life taking care of you and making sure that your healthy and can live your life instead they would rather be lazy inappropriate unethical and possibly leave my children as orphans because they don't want to do their job properly. The sad thing is the all thing taking get away with it I will not allow them to get away with it they have no right to treat people that way I can only magine how they've treated others who don't have the knowledge or the ability to stand up for themselves and take action!

I was only in the waiting room several minutes. Once i was taken to the exam room everything moved efficiently and quickly, as the friendly staff knew I was very ill. Teresa C was my PA-C and she quickly diagnosed me , gave me antibiotics and got me home to rest. She also called me to check on me. Also, Dr Kristi Jackson answered all my questions and was super attentive to me. Both of these providers went out of their way to care for me and were very kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the patient care here.
