I usually have good experiences with this place but don't feel I was actually listened to this time around. I went in with an ear ache and swollen glands but was basically told that nothing was wrong other than allergies. It was as if the nurse thought I was making everything up. I was offered no solution outside of allergy meds and Tylenol, which I had already been taking. I was told to just wait and see if it gets better, even though I was clear with the nurse that I've had this problem for about a week with no improvement. I still have the same issues I came in with and can't help feeling like I was just an annoyance to the nurse practitioner that saw me. All of my other experiences with this place have been very good, and I'm hoping this is just a one time thing.

Bad experience. I walked in and told them I had a 104-degree temperature - which is a borderline emergency - and they didn’t even take my temp to confirm. Instead, I had to fill out their paperwork, sit in their 80- degree waiting room (suggestion: buy some shades to block the afternoon sun) and listen to their soothing rap/heavy metal music for an hour. Once I got to see a professional, the care was competent.

We were vacationing in Bend and my 2 year old was playing with his daddy and was suddenly in extreme pain- not talking or moving… I took him in and they saw us promptly. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. The doctor we saw was kind, discerning and very gentle with my son. He know exactly what happened and pooped my son’s elbow back in place. He was himself within 10 minutes, just like the doc promised! So thankful for this urgent care! You all were such a blessing! Especially Dr Steve.

After having spent a few years undergoing testing and treatments for my chronic health conditions, I’ve grown to be apprehensive of receiving any medical care. Because of my experiences I am not necessarily an “easy patient”. I talk a lot when I get nervous and always opt to do the least invasive treatment. Or sometimes none at all. Despite me lol, they were all very nice and accommodating with each interaction. Grateful to now feel like I have at least one place I can feel confident to go for help when necessary. Thank you to everyone who worked with me and my toe! You’ve each made more of a positive impact than you know. :) *Bend Location

I don't believe they do or at least in the past they haven't they may have change that. But a quick call to their office will let you know
