One of the most troubling experiences in medical malpractice I have ever been through,the physician out right lied and did not do what she said,I was treated like a criminal not a patient.i would not recommend this facility to anyone , what a humiliating day

Spent over 2 hours in the waiting room even though I made an appointment...they said they still see people that walked in first...then why offer appointments?? Entire visit was almost 3 hours and only saw the provider for about 5 minutes. I understand they're busy and understaffed but don't offer appointments and then not honor them. Also don't tell people the wait is under an hour when it's over 2 so people pay their copay and then get stuck waiting....

Waited 45 minutes for a COVID vaccine and I had an appointment. They didn't apologize. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Went in to get tested for Covid. Was in and out in 10 min. After I tested positive my husband and sons went in that evening and were treat very kindly with the fast service just as I had received early that day.
