An absolutely appalling experience. Today they had their machines down for aluminum for some unknown reason, and while the signs were on all the machines they were not stated clearly and said no aluminum in the rva? I didn't understand what that meant, but apparently this employee thought it was right to yell at the customers and say they needed to go back to school when it was clearly her fault for not getting the point across clearly. I am disgusted and absolutely repulsed by the idea that an employee would treat their customers like that horrible company would never come back here again if I had the option to but I have to earn my deposits back somehow. So rude I can't even begin to comprehend it. Do not come here if you do not have to go to somewhere else

I love the Bottle Drop!! They’ve done absolutely everything possible to keep people safe, keep the place clean, keep the homeless from bombarding the inside… What more can they do? Solve the homeless/addiction/mental health crisis brought on my small town due in large part to nationally televised commercials urging people to move to Bend?? AND THEY DID?!?! The Bend city council has been running rampant for way to long… NOW WE’RE SEEING THE CONSEQUENCES! Stop complaining..be part of the solution, not the problem.

The customer service in this establishment is nearly non existent. One day they might not be too bad the next day it's the complete opposite. More employees on the site then customers. Had more than 50 smashed cans for the hand count. Employee stopped at 50 and made me remove the other 10 from the sink. Again there is nobody else waiting for hand count and three people using the self count machines. Then told if I didn't like it to take my business to Redmond or Klamath Falls, really.

If you want to get cash right away for your recyclables this is the best place to get it. It's often very busy & kind of a dirty place due to the nature of the empty drink bottles, glass & cans. The redemption machines stop working alot causing longer lines. The employees here are great!

I agree, Julie. With easily accessible parking lots.

350 units put through the machines per person, per day. I have seen people put 4 green pre purchased bags into the locked area at a time.
Yes 9a - 6p everyday
Let me clarify, I was told 15 every 3 months, when you reach your limit you may use the self serve kiosk inside to return.
