The current apartment manager is THE BEST apartment manager that I have ever had. He is kind, caring, and concerned but also strict with those that were not following rules. As will all low income housing you have some tenants that are not the best neighbors but Connie worked very hard to make sure they were held accountable when problems arose. He keeps the grounds incredibly clean and maintained. Whenever I had an issue in my unit he was available to fix it. Each time a tenant left the apartments were thoroughly cleaned and new carpet/flooring installed when needed. The only reason I moved out was because I needed to get closer to home on the west coast. I will always remember our happy days at the Westwind Village.
