Black tonkotsu ramen was great! The broth had a wonderful flavor. Well done in that regard. Gyoza and edamame were great too. I wasn’t aware that the ramen only came with one piece of chashu. Every ramen shop I’ve been to serves at least 2, mostly 3. The ramen was priced reasonable enough that ordering another piece wouldn’t be unreasonable, but it’s nice to know ahead of time. We sat in the back of the restaurant and it was very cold so bundle up if you go in the winter

If you haven’t been to 505 central, check it out! When I saw Naruto ramen, I had to have it! So flavorful and delicious. The Naruto ramen was $15 and I believe it was well worth it. Staff was quick and friendly. I will be back for more next time that I’m in New Mexico.

I have eaten in plenty of ramen locations, even a couple of shops in Tokyo Ramen Street. For the price and the taste, this location is really good. Not too salty and pretty flavorful so we were able to drink the entire soup of the ramen dish. This place is cute looking. Service wasn't bad. The ramen just wasn't wow. It was lacking flavor for a $15 bowl of noodles. The microwavable ramen for 88 cents at Walmart is honestly better. The only good thing here was the chile shrimp tempura. The ramen isn't as good as it looks. 2 star because the kitchen is filthy.
