The girl at the front desk, Celeste, was very nice. That was the biggest plus I remember, but other than that, there is not a whole lot of plus when it comes to this hotel. Unless you count the black sock that was in the corner of the room when we arrived. Maybe the plus was the bobby pin on the floor (so we knew the room had not been vacuumed)? I have stayed at worse hotels, but I have also stayed at much better hotels for the same price. It is not in the greatest location...unsafe intersection where Google tells you to turn left, but if you don't want to get in an accident, it is best to drive up a little further and do a U-turn. But the main reason we will no stay again is...we stayed in the beginning of July and I was looking through my bank activity and I saw a $1.97 charge from this hotel on August 1st (3 weeks later). I disputed the charges and then called the hotel. The nice girl said that she had been fielding calls like mine for some time. She explained that for the whole month of July a portion of the tax was not being taken out of each customers payment method. It sure would have saved me some trouble knowing that my card was not subject to fraud like my bank thought it might be. Would an email to each customer have been too much to ask for?

Clean rooms but for $150 a night I expect there to be a working iron. It would also be nice to have more than one guest washer and dryer. A laundry room on every floor would be much more convenient. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here during the state baseball tournament. The first night I was in a different room and had to check out and into a new room. The process took almost all day. It was an easy process, but the guy made it drag out. The location isn't great. It's near a busy intersection that is hard to get through. The free breakfast was OK. People had to wait for them to cook it as it wasn't ready on time. My first room had a noisy air conditioner. There were also ants in the bathroom. Not sure what's so executive about this place.

The hotel is not updated. Worn carpets. Very loud guests. No matter what time you enter the elevator there is water on the floor from guests wearing bathing suits. The pool is very crowded. Kids jump from the hot tub into the pool. Very tiny gym, crowded with young children playing. Unsafe environment for both kids and adults. Very difficult to sleep in this hotel due to excessive noise at night.
