The windows for our room facing Central Avenue let in excessive amounts of noise from motorcycles and revving cars on both Friday and Saturday nights because Central Avenue is blocked off so the motorcycles and cars noisily cruise around all other side streets and made sleeping untenable. Additionally, with the way the hotel has priced its Continental Breakfast, for $15, everything else is overpriced: breakfast tacos for $18, pancakes and anything with eggs at least $16. While the location and the decor and ambiance are great, not handling the basics of having rooms that are not assaulted by noise nor having affordable options for breakfast indicate a lack of attention to detail for this hotel which should be Hilton's stellar offering in Albuquerque.

The hotel was beautiful with friendly staff. I loved everything from the rooms, to the mulberry and thyme handwash. The valet service was excellent.

This was a nice hotel. Things were clean. The staff seemed courteous enough. It had character. I definitely have complaints though. They nickel & dime you SO bad. Not very classy of them. They charge for water from the dispenser downstairs. They say they have free wifi. You have to create an account with Hilton to use it. Then, you find out it is a bottom of line-type wifi. It's not enough bandwidth to stream anything. If you want more bandwidth you have to pay for it. After I did all of this, I started getting A LOT of junk mail in the email account I used to set up the Hilton account. Three days after making that account (and not using that email for anything else since creating that account) I had 21 junk emails. Ridiculous that a place that claims themselves to have such sophistication and luxury would be like this.

They do have a concierge, I am sure they can help you.
6.1 miles, 12 minutes by car... thanks google maps..
It is a $17.00 charge per night for valet :) any tips are above that charge.
Definitely talk with the front desk but all the rooms I've been in were quiet. You'll be fine.
No idea, but the hotel is downtown with no good place to walk them. We left ours home for that reason.
There is street parking (metered), valet and a parking garage across the street.
Not far enough!!
Nope, in Albuquerque, NM half a world away.
