This is going to be hard to chew much like my sandwich was. This location has horrible drive thru service in the evening and the cook makes the slices thick. I mean this was very thick, with little cheese as well. Management should look into the evening drive through cashier and the night cook because they might be losing the company money by handing out extra food like fries and thick meat. I won't be coming back to this one. There are others that have a higher standard.

Went to drive through around 9pm, there were about 4 cars in front of us. Each vehicle sat at order kiosk for a few minutes without being spoke to then would leave, we sat at the kiosk for a few minutes as well before a bicycle rode around us up to the pick up window where they were given a shake within moments, so we pulled forward to the window and waited watching a worker walk back and forth without a glance towards the window… a simple sorry we are closed early would have been appreciated rather than being ignored without reason.

Processed and deep fried foods. Not as good as it looks on the pictures. It's never like the pictures. A lot of unsatisfied customers still return because All other drive thru restaurants have too long of lines so they settle for Arby's. All drive thru's are a pain for waiting times. It's over rated and over priced food.
