I have been very happy with the service I've received at Dan O'Brien Subaru. I've been able to get in relatively quickly, and they have been thorough and fairly priced. They just saved me $500 over another service center on a brake job. Ryan Z. in the service department kept me updated on the work and was very courteous.

Everyone at Dan O'Brien Subaru made trading in our aged car for a new one a smooth and pleasant experience. Maria was kind and straightforward in discussing the prospects of repairs to our older vehicle. Donny was amazing throughout a multi-day process of test driving, comparing vehicle options, figuring out the trade, and everything involved in the purchase. It was honestly my experience with him on the first day that made me want to come back and work with Dan O'Brien rather than shop around. And in the end, Chris came through in helping us get the exact car we wanted--by the very next day. Truly exceptional service from start to finish! This place gets better and better. Today, 3/26/2022, I have the pleasure of updating my (already) good review from 2020. I purchased my 3rd Subaru yesterday, and I never thought the staff could get any better, but they did!!! From the manager Chris, all the way to Chris the finance guy, Brett the sales associate, Cassie and her amazing tech support and Kyle in service. I literally felt like I was a VIP. Outstanding service, all around.
