I work in the food service industry, so I completely understand that everyone is facing issues. However, that being said, this Pizza Hut needs some updated training in how to get it right. I stopped ordering from them about 4 months ago, as they kept messing it up. Always forgetting items that I ordered. Tonight, I had a craving for wings. So, we ordered them for delivery. Apparently now, Pizza Hut no longer uses their own drivers, so they use DoorDash. As most people in Claremont have come to realize, DoorDash's upcharge for items is ridiculous!! Anyway, we ordered wings and soda and guess what? They forgot the soda. Again, like I said, things are tough, but this isn't rocket science. Read your tickets and make sure you get it right.

AWESOME service and greatly appreciated that the cashier who cashed me out today at the Claremont Pizza Hut (threw the window) around 1:45-2:00pm today (Thursday June 30th,2022) verified that I was ACTUALLY getting what I ordered (online) before she handed me my order&let me leave... I would have gvn her name or cashier ID # so she knew who I was talking about but my kids tossed out my reciept when I got home 😁
