I leased a 2022 Ford Explorer last week. The lease process was fantastic and I was incredibly happy with the service I received. It has rapidly gone down hill! Two days after being home with my lease we realized the heat in the rear of the vehicle was not working correctly. I brought the vehicle in the next day they were open for service to have it looked at. I was told the heating core wasn’t working and needed to be replaced. I understand that these things happen and that supply chain and shipping are all messed up right now but I was sent home with my “family car” that has NO heat that I can’t put my family in. It’s been 5 days, still no part or loaner vehicle to drive and no date as to when my car will be going in for service. It’s JANUARY. So my brand new car with less that 300 miles on it is sitting in my driveway, unusable. This is unacceptable #ford - I traded in a car that was paid off with heat to pay for a vehicle I can’t use without it! Absolute JOKE! I understand that cars are selling themselves right now, but in 2 years when my lease is up and you need customers I will not be back. There are dozens of Ford dealerships in the state that would be thrilled to make me a lifetime customer - clearly customer service isn’t a top priority here.

Jay was a pleasure to work with! He was straightforward, honest with pricing and listened to what options I was looking for and showed me what I wanted within my budget. I used my own financing and filling out the paperwork when I came back to get the truck took all of 10 minutes, incredibly fast! Absolutely love my new truck and couldn’t be happier. I will be buying my next one through Ford of Claremont and I will be getting my plow through them as well.
