Staying in a nearby RV Park for a couple of weeks, I was very skeptical on the previous reviews of this location. Hard to imagine great Thai food in such a small, remote town like Monticello but that is exactly what it was. The food and service is excellent and very authentic. We have been twice in the past week trying different menu items and have been excellent. The only downside for me is that they are still serving all dishes in "to-go" containers (a covid thing) even if you eat in, but it certainly doesn't take away from the quality of food and service. A worthy stop if you are looking for a great meal while in town.

This place is amazing in many ways. They are in what appears to be an old steakhouse, so it is quite an experience. Old West theme and authentic Thai food. They aren't doing the sushi currently, that was disappointing, but the food was amazing. This restaurant would succeed in downtown Salt Lake. My only critiques are the bathroom wasn't great (but that was sort of part of the experience 😏), and the portions were just a bit small, but for the quality absolutely worth the price.

So incredible. Got the massaman and Utah roll. Curry was phenomenal and sushi was solid. Great vibes kind, service. Possibly the best restaurant in southeast utah!

We stopped here driving through to AZ and we were pretty nervous to eat sushi in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere in a building that looks like a western cowboy steak house. HOWEVER, it was like the best sushi we’ve ever had. Service was good, food was great, and we’re really grateful we stopped here and found this little gem. If you’re considering this place, just do it. You won’t be disappointed! PS: they serve their food in to-go containers and paper plates/plastic wear due to Covid. It was weird, but it didn’t take away from the experience. If anything, it added to the weirdness of this delicious cowboy sushi place in BFE.
