Hi my name is Zach we own a 1995 Sea*doo GTS we diagnosed it with a bad starter we are trying to install it even with the exhaust out the two bolt dont seem to be going in we need anyone who can help us finish the project for under maybe 700

Hi Zach, I am not sure we can help with the Sea doo as we are not a sea doo dealer, but let me ask a few questions. Are you trying to reinstall the original starter? If its a new starter are you sure its the correct one? As we are not a Sea doo dealer, we can not verify the part. Did you take the starter off, or did someone else?

can you test jet skis with out putting it in water if so how?

There are some tests that can be performed depending on the ski. If the unit has provisions to hook a water hose to it the engine can be started, but the best way to load test the motor would be to put it in the water
