There is no contract here! We are just month to month. The rent will be due on the 1st of the month. If you move in in the middle of the month, you will only need to pay the prorated amount till the 1st!

Excellent question! When you rent with us, you have the option to rent out our 12 ft box truck for only $0.80 a mile. We waive the $29.95 rental rate for you. The $0.80 a mile is to take care of the gas and mileage. So you won't have to fill up the truck. There is different time slots that you will be able to chose from for the truck. Monday-Friday, you can have the truck from 9am to 4pm. You also can have it from 4:30pm to 9am the next morning. Saturdays you can have the truck from 9am to 3pm or 3:30 pm to 9am Monday morning. If you want to use the truck. We will just need to make a copy of your drivers license, copy of your auto insurance, and there is a $100 cash security deposit. You will get that back as long as you return the truck back on time and in the same condition. You will also need to be 21 or older to rent our truck.

Climate controlled units are located inside our buildings. You will have to go down a hallway but our hallway/doors are bigger than standard ones. With climate controlled, it will get no lower than 50 and no hotter than 80 degrees. It is great for items that can't handle extreme heat/cold. Items like electronics, leather/wood furniture, etc. Our inside units are also located inside of our buildings. However these units we do not control the climate. Both of our inside and climate control units will have carts for you to use also. Our drive up units you are able to drive right up to them and unload from your car/truck.
