10/15/22 at 9:40p.m. I delivered to this kroger and went inside for some water and food. I saw a ton of "Cars" toys on sale for $1.18 [Tag said "Disney Cars"] I grabbed 6 and had to go to self checkout as no regular lanes were seemingly available. They did not ring up for sale price. An employee checked and told me that they were in a spot for a different Cars toy and were misplaced. So I would still get them for $1.18, he just needed a manager. I waited about 6-8 minutes or so and the manager showed up with the employee. She told me the tags read "matchbox 4/$5" I assure you, they did not. I specifically checked this... She then told me I could go check if I didn't believe her. I INSTANTLY knew what she had done. I still bought my son the Cars, but on my way out I checked the price on the tags. They were 100% Altered. New crisp tags in place. Just know Mrs. Cheetah print headband ...I know what you did. I have attached a pic of the new tag that was printed. I didn't actually think to photo the tag before unfortunately.

Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot ever speak to someone at this store that phone is never answered in the evening time but you're open I've left something up there and what a complete joke because I'm going to go tomorrow and be looked at like I'm a fool when I expect my item that I left there because nobody won't answer the phone I've called for an hour and 36 minutes are you kidding me !!

Why are customers bagging their own groceries if they are waiting 20nmin inline for a cashier? Hire more people

Terrible!!!!!! Both restrooms closed and the one two employees sat and chatted while not attempting to clean it
