Pretty much got ripped off after waiting forever to have my inspection done. The guy failed me and said I needed new tires and said quite clearly that for 4 new tires to get mounted and balanced it was gonna be $170. I don’t know much when it comes to having work done on cars, so I just said sure. He finished up after an hour and told me it was $750 which I didn’t even have. When I asked him initially how much it would cost, he said “$170 for 4 tires mounted” , not $170 PER tire. I am extremely furious with SpeeDee and I think I was taken advantage of since I’m a young person who doesn’t know anything about cars yet.

Did not need an appt , and still got an oil change in a timely manner, and was well informed at end in regards to my vehicle. Thank you

Got there this morning at 7:15am, 45 minutes before they open because the company I work for has a fleet service agreement. 2 employees working in the building see me waiting patiently for them to open. At 7:55 one comes out to let us know they're not opening until 9am. 🤬 You guys could have said that earlier, so we didn't waste all our time! I'll never go back, it should be easy to find better service and nicer people elsewhere.

I would love to be able to go into one of these quick oil change services without them trying to blatantly upsell their services.
