It was veIt was very hard to find a pt that will work with children under 7. My daughter is 4 and was born with bilateral club feet. We have come along way after surgery and braces. We moved to Raynham area and had to find a new pt. I loved our therapist but the lack of communication was an issue. They charged me a no show fee for an appt that was made without my knowledge nor confirmed by me. I have paid a no show fee out of pocket in past for missing an appt!! They do not care about life circumstances! This time I had a long conversation letting her PT know we would be out until I was done training and school schefualstarted. They discharged us..then said if wanted to come back I'd need a new RX and pay another no show fee?? I got so upset because they know they're the only pedi PT in the area!!

Ashley(hope I’m spelling this correctly) is wonderful! She is always a ray of sunshine 🌞 this is the first time I’ve ever had to have P.T. And she has been so helpful!(Don’t tell her I said that though! Haha) The rest of the staff that I have had communication with has also been very nice! I would definitely tell anyone to go to Bay State P.T. Taunton for their physical therapy needs!

This is my third time returning to Bay State Physical Therapy in Taunton.I’ve had a right and left total knee replacement and now I’m receiving therapy for rotator cuff surgery. The Taunton facility is not only convenient you also receive top notch care. All of the Physical Therapist are very professional and proficient in the care they deliver. The office is very organized, you just make your appointments and show up on time. The Therapy Assistant gives you a hot pack on arrival, you see your therapist for your session, then a cold pack and your out the door. It’s a great place.
