She is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to be sure you are finding what you are looking for. What a find and what a wonderful place to have near to us. I will start using Modern Fabrics as my "first" place to check for fabrics for any project!

So many incredible choices! My pick - Donghia Cherish in mink - was made with fabulous “guidance” from Eva including a photo exchange. I didn’t look at fabric until sofa came back from the upholsterer. I could not be happier if I’d spent a whole day at the store. Thanks for making my sofa look like a million bucks. BTW the color match with my dog was a bonus.

I have been on a mission for over a year to find the perfect mid-century modern fabric pattern for re-upholstering dining room chairs. I've noted some fabric patterns that have caught my eye but they were not THE one. I have been constantly checking back at the vast selection and finally found THE one. When you know you know! I could not order fast enough in hopes that I was able to secure the necessary yardage before someone else caught a glimpse of this mid-century patterned fabric. Ordering was quick and easy. Modern Fabrics will be my go-to for the endless mid-century (and other) projects I have going on. I am very excited to be buttoning up this project and on to the next!
