TLDR: service was sort of bad & tool handle broke immediately when used. They have a lot of stock, but man it's hard getting help finding a sling blade (some call it a Kaiser blade) or a bush axe handle... They might just have been super busy, but when after I was told (not shown) where something should be and I came back to tell them I didn't see it... I sort of got an "eh... " response. Ladies with chickens and bird stuff was helpful though. I bought a new blade, that was actually $30 in a $17 box of tools though.. so I got that going for me. ------ The extremely cheap tool broke literally on my first swing trying to handle some mixed brush. The blade itself isn't bad, but the handle is maybe made of wood pulp. 😑 Ended up going to Agri South and buying a proper bush axe (right at like 70$? 💸). Morale is: You pay for what you buy. If it's a small job, then it might do it... But if you actually know how to resharpen it... go elsewhere.

Thought maybe I'd try out TS for competitive pricing though I usually shop local. Never again. Thanks to your rude, mansplaining manager, I will gladly pay a little extra elsewhere. Teach your team how to interact with other humans.
