Don’t waste your time trying to print photos at FedEx. I wasted 3hrs there today. The photo printing machine didn’t work. One man “fixed” it but it still wouldn’t display my pictures. Then I tried to print photos at the desk, they wouldn’t do that said I needed to download them first. The FedEx card machine wasn’t working. The computers are so old that the download was 1hr , it ate through my $20 in no time then they said the download would quit when the money ran out and I’d have to begin again. The manager tried to help but the download still didn’t work. I wasted 3hrs there. I rang 3 other FedEx stores East & South Pasadena & La Canada all their photo printers were out of order. The staff are polite but most of their machines are not working or outdated. Fedex management please do better!

Nailed it! I ordered flyers and glossy 2-sided custom business cards (online in Asia) for pickup at this Pasadena FedEx the next day and everything was perfect. They didn’t even require payment in advance. So professional. Thank You

I wasted 3 hours between online and on the phone with this FedEx location trying to place an order for 250 business cards. After getting no where, I finally decided to go to their location. I waited around in different lines in the store for about 25 minutes before finally talking to an employee, who sat me down at a computer and left me to figure it out on my own. I had a pdf in an email that I wanted to use however I couldn't upload it and the computer finally crashed on me. I finally just left the store. My advice: There's a store two doors down called Pasadena Image Printing. 817 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101 They gave me an email, where I was able to send my pdf and my choice of any color I wanted to use for my business cards. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my business card will be ready tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and don't use FedEx I will do everything I can to never use FedEx again
