I was texting with Jimmy about getting some work done to my car. He told me to bring my materials in and they would look at what I had. I went in the next day and we had a discussion about what wanted done. We (Jimmy, Oscar and I) shared ideas and came up with a great plan. He was able to fit me in during the Christmas holiday break. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help me get what I wanted for my car. The communication during the whole process was great. Jimmy sent pictures of my car as they worked on it. After my car was done and I went to go pick it up, I was taking a closer look and noticed my trunk liner was not put back. I showed it Oscar, he apologized and quickly took it back into the shop to put it back on. About 15 minutes after I left, I got a call from Jimmy. He apologized again for the Tru k liner, and explained that more than 1 person was working to get my car done. I completely understood that sometimes things like that happen. Quality work, great customer care and service. If you are in Durham and looking to get some custom work done to your car give Davenport Customs a call. I live over two hours away and relied on them to oversee work unrelated to their work. They did not disappoint! They had my truck painted, gassed up, rims special ordered, then powder coated to a color of my liking. They ordered multiple tires to achieve the best stance for my truck. They ministered professional guidance throughout the process from wheel size selection, color, brand and the list goes on.
