I am writing this review on Marcelo uceda. Who works at Central Professional park as the front receptionist and I believes she interviews people. She was very rude and belittling me yestersay during the drug testing. First she rudely told me " don't make a mess" when I had to use the bathroom. And then I wasn't sure what to do with the piss bottle she was being rude again. I wasn't sure if I should throw it away or not. After I finished applying to the job a white guy came in and she was very polite to him unlike me, and I'm nothing my class. It gets me very upset that people treat people of color like these and they'd treat white men very well. And the funny thing is that shes a person of color herself . As a man with a dark complexion I dont like people speaking to me and belittling me in that manner. I want to be treated with equality.

The employment agency (SOS) is great! Most co-workers are also great and fun to be around. The part that makes this job unbearable is upper management, those employed through the company. They treat temp workers like they are expendable, with little to no respect. They are mean and get off by excessively micromanaging their workers in many cases. They also pay very little for the work that is done and offer very little hope for raises, even if hired on through the company. The lights are also pretty dim, causing evident depression in many of the workers. I only worked at PBM for four months, and though there were good times, there were also bad. Joven, Chris, and Chrissey were awesome supervisors!
