TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. If you love your vehicles being broken into, locked or not, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! If you like over paying and being bent over on move out date then look no further! you have found your forever home. This company must keep taking down there google page and creating a new one because a know several people that are unhappy with the lack of safety this community brings. There was a literal crazy person following myself and roommates with a metal shank threatening us daily. I watched two men try to get into my truck several times. this place is a joke.

Lived here for 4 months while our home was being built. Nice apartment kept us dry and warm/cool. office staff is nice but is not very helpful. Before we signed our lease, we saw 3 different addresses. They will tell you one thing, then another staff member will do something else. They towed my vehicle the weekend I was moving when it had a parking pass in the window. felt like a money grab for the tow company and the complex. Towed either the Friday or Saturday and I was out on Tuesday. Parking is awful. a few weekend nights, I had to park a quarter mile away. I tracked it on my watch. No one picks up after their dogs, and half of the grass doesn't get mowed.

I've lived here nearly two months. Working with the leasing team during my application was effortless with covid limits. The 3 bedroom apartment I've leased was nearly spotless on move in with modern fittings and appliances included. Considering I'm on the ground floor, it's quiet at night. The whole community is clean and well maintained. It's not the cheapest option for this zip code but it's worth the premium in my opinion.
