I would like to give a shout out to Lowe's employee, Troy in Doors (millwork). We ordered a custom sliding door from Lowes, as soon as it was installed we knew we had a problem. The installer blamed the manufacturer; the manufacturer blamed the installer. Troy helped us navigate both vendors for over a year - he never abandoned us - his Lowes customer. Troy got our door reordered, installed and it's now great. We appreciate his commitment!

Long story short, I had bought some building materials here based off some misleading description on the online site. When I arrived for pickup to pick up my materials it wasn’t as advertised. Jenn was absolutely outstanding with her customer service and went above and beyond to correcting the order. All I can say is Jenn and the whole management team at Lowes in Castle Rock are exceptional and blew my mind with how they treat their customers. I’ve never experienced any other company that’s willing to make things right to the level that this staff did. 5 stars to Jenn and the team for all their help. She is an asset to this company and deserves all the recognition in the world for her good efforts.

Shopping at Lowe’s yesterday in the plumbing department I requested help in finding a part for my kitchen faucet. I was told by the Lowe’s employee that the part could not be purchased separately and I would have to replace the entire faucet assembly at a cost of $199 plus pay a plumber.. A customer who overheard our conversation told me I could in fact buy the part on line. I did so at a cost of $12, received the part today and repaired the faucet myself. More training may be in order.

Love Lowes! Will say though there have been a few times when needing assistance and go to approach an employee and they turn on a heel and run. It's gotten better over the past year or so though. But overall like how clean the store is and prefer it over the others.
