I love Red Robin, who knew it could get better? Active Menus made it that much better! I got to order online, they let me know when it would be ready and i got there right on time! makes going to red robin that much more convenient! They also have THE BEST fries

Took the wife to her birthday dinner the crew was focused on closing at 10, rather then taking care of customers... truly a shame ticket would've been bigger had if the service was up to par. 25 mins on a refill, no exaggeration... kid had 7 tables to HIMSELF and legitimately the rest of the crew disappeared. We don't blame the servant he did his best for what's going on... but on a Friday night nonetheless... most likely that you'd get better service at McDonald's..

They've gotten better recently. We stopped coming for a while because it was really difficult to get assistance. The staff was either rude, or friendly but unhelpful. Now, it's much better though. We're pleased. The Kids Macaroni and Cheese is a standout for us, as well as the Ensenada Chicken meal (which I always order a bun on the side and make a sandwich with all the ingredients!). Staff appears newer and as a result, better. They still always always forget the root beer floats. It's annoying but not awful.

New Pizza was really good. Service wasn't the best this time. It was super slow but they forgot our orders like 3 times lol

I loved it I ordered a double burger with mushrooms I loved it I also ordered a virgin bladymary but unfortunately I did not like the taste it had a very strong spice flavor but I did not complain, the service is excellent one of my sons loves it if he was there it was his birthday I came from Dacono to celebrate his birthday and we had a good time
Half of the tables are closed. Employees wear masks. There are fewer employees, and servers are bussing their own tables. Service is still prompt and friendly.
