if I could give no stars I would. I paid my auto loan in full on their website. They took the payment twice, overdrawing my account. Then told me there was nothing they could do for up to a week because they couldn't see the payment on their end, even though it was on their site. THEN said it would take another 10 plus days to issue me a check refund. SCAM! Don't do business with this company! EDITING THIS BASED ON YOUR REPLY BELOW: I have reached out. I've spoken to NINE people... none of which are "able" to refund the overpayment for up to 2 weeks. AS A BANK I WOULD THINK THERE'S A WAY FOR YOU TO REFUND MONEY YOU STOLE WITHOUT WAITING DAYS AND DAYS FOR IT TO CLEAR FIRST!

I have had a number of poor experiences at this location over the past year. Their culture is not customer centric and they are generally a very lazy group of people at this location. I stopped in twice this week to remove a signer from our business account. The first time I was told the were too busy to help. The second time, two of the employees were chatting in the reception area and I asked one if he could help. He told me that his break wasn't over for another 12 mins and I could take a seat and wait or come back. I thought he was joking at first. This was the final straw for me. If you are looking for a great bank in this location, go to Chase across the street. They are great and will take good care of you.

My husband was due to deploy soon and I made an appointment due to the fact that I live in Colorado Springs and there is no BoA nearby (45 min drive to castle rock). When I arrived I was told they took a customer in place of our appointment and would have to wait 40 minutes or come back 3-4 hours later. We let her know our situation explaining that he wouldn’t be able to come back at a later date and we made an appointment for this exact reason. They stated no one was available to assist. When we find out the lady standing in the front, talking to us, is the manager we ask if she can assist us and she said no because she’s watching the front. Please keep in mind that there was no one in the bank and It was very empty. I’m sure there is a reason for her watching the front, but to be a manager and suggest going shopping at the outlets or to have lunch and comeback hours later after our appointment was taken from us is not a good way to handle this situation. I think Bank of America should look into the several reviews on this page that talk about bad service. It’s very unfortunate that we experienced this kind of customer service at this Castle Rock location (closest to Colorado Springs). We ended up driving into Denver to get better on the spot service. We will 100% not be returning to this location.
