I went to the bakery as I was craving a Chantilly berry cake. They didn’t have the size I wanted so I asked the bakery attendant if they had any in the back. He checked, came back and said they would have some in 10 minutes if I choose to wait. I agreed that it would be fine. Well the cake was ready. Went home, had dinner and the cake was frozen! Had I known this was the case I would’ve purchased the larger size. Not sure why I thought it would be a fresh cake🙄 Very dissatisfied! I should’ve been told that the cake was frozen.

I love the produce and meat department. Always something different to find in the dry goods section. However the prices kill me. If you can find stuff on sale it's generally a pretty decent deal that way. You get what you pay for that is for sure. Then some things you should just buy elsewhere.

Big shout out to Ian in the fish dept. My son LOVED seeing an octopus yesterday at the grocery store- so much that he kept saying the new word the whole way home and wanted to learn about them later. He took extra time and showing his a fish too! Thanks for a great shopping experience
