Personally I know first hand what a great and unique company this is. During one of the saddest times of our history they lost several key employees. Many others were in other country's on buying trips. Nothing was flying into the U.S.A. after 9-11. The TJX Cooperation hired a private 747 complete with bedrooms, chef's to cook anything their employees may have wanted. They wanted nothing but first class comfort for their employees who were like family to help with their grief. They flew into Canada and then were taken but first class bus back to Massachusetts. I will not disclose the cost which was huge for just over twenty people. I feel if they cared that much about their employees they deserve my respect and support. You can't beat their prices or quality. Thank you for reading!

Worst line ever! Every single time!! I have shopped at multiple locations and don’t have this problem anywhere else other than Castle Rock. Just be prepared to wait 20 minutes (this is not an estimate) to check out, even during the week. I don’t shop here on weekends because the line is even worse.

Only gave it a 3 because the aisles were too crowded to push you cart through. Many items in rug department did not have prices marked on them. It made for an unpleasant experience. Shelves were a bit messy. On the plus side, they had merchandise!
