I stopped going to this car wash a while ago because I wasn't impressed with the job the drive through wash did and the mat washers were always broken. Another car wash opened up not far from this one and I have been using it. Last night I decided to give this place another try because it was more convenient. Nope. I was quickly reminded why I stopped going here. My car wasn't clean. And it wasn't overly dirty to begin with! And yet the wash still didn't clean my car. The mat washers were BOTH out of order and when I tried to buy an air freshener out of the vending machine, IT was out of order. This is the last time I will go here. Huge waste of time and money. I proceeded to go to the self service car wash and wash my car AGAIN. Ridiculous.

These washes are everywhere which makes having the pass absolutely worth it, especially driving a black car in Colorado. Wash quality is a 8/10 overall but every vehicle is different so you might possibly have a higher quality wash on your vehicles. Dunno if the equipment can be changed to balance the horizontal spinners to actually touch the hood of lower vehicles instead of starting at my windshield (?). The vacuums work great too and they have many of them at this location. … Side note: A nice young man named Zach helped with scrubbing the front bumper, before the wash, since the spinners won’t hit it during the wash (this was by request btw and he wouldn’t accept a Venmo tip) Appreciate that extra effort from him. Thank you!

Save the money and headache…this company is complete trash. The equipment is broken nonstop. I’ve been trying to get a car wash every weekend for a month and after I wait in the car for 30 minutes they come out saying it’s broken…the only way I’ll ever consider removing this review is if I’m refunded every penny I wasted with this nightmare company.

Quick and easy to get signed up for monthly carwashes. Helpful and efficient staff. I just wish the automated scrubbers in the wash were a little better tuned. They were spinning, but several of them didn't touch all surfaces of my vehicle. Still came out mostly clean.
