The girl that run the place is very positive and is a fun tour guide. She was great going through the cave and took her time as we had an 81 year old grandma with us. She stopped and many times as we needed to. The cabins where's clean and nice. She ran the place very professional. The bathroom there where well takin care of. We will definitely go back there again.

Definitely an experience our entire family will remember. We came out here to visit the Great Basin National Park and associated Lehman Caves, while we were planning for our trip we heard about the Crystal Ball Cave. We are really happy we made the trip. There is no “ticket fee” - but tipping is encouraged and expected. There was no one else in our group - so our family of 6 had a private tour of the amazing cave. The crystals were awesome. We ended up giving an $80 tip. I’m sure some do more and some do less, but it was what we felt comfortable with even though we paid half for going to Lehman caves. Would definitely recommend every to go that doesn’t have restricted mobility issues. Larger or taller people may have issues going through the cave.

Wow! I can't say enough of how amazing this tour was. The young lady knew her stuff and was patient and super cute and fun. She was also very caring about everyone's safety and made you feel very comfortable. Such a hidden gem of a place. So glad we stumbled upon this cave.

Such and incredible place! Our guide Travis had so much love and enthusiasm for the place you can’t help but get so excited too. We went with our kids and they had such a great time too. The hike up is steep, but short. Wear good shoes, bring a flash light, and be ready to have an incredible time! Better than Timp caves.

You need to contact Bates Ranch in Gandy Utah. Theu are the stewards of the cave and give tours.
Reservations are required, but you'll find the guide is amazing and knows quite a lot. There is no cost per person, as the tour is free, but a contribution is certainly recommended. Your best method would be to call up their number.
