This place is an absolute gem! We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Great Basin National Park. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved all the thoughtful touches in the room, like the quality liquid soap and the cute little tea kettle for boiling water (SO much better than the coffee machines at corporate hotels). The garden was the perfect place to relax after hiking, and the store had great options for a quick breakfast or hiking snacks.

What a cozy gem in a remote place. Cute, extremely well-stacked general store too! You can find all kinds of special goodies like Impossible burger meat, soy and almond milk, Amy canned soups, Thai/Indian instant meals, high-end energy bars and even some delicious mushroom jerky. Great book selection too. All owners/employees are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. I had no issue with road noise or neighbor noise. Would be such a nice place to hang out on a warmer day.

Solo traveler - stayed one night on a trip thru the region. Very conveniently located near Great Basin NP. Summary - neat, clean, and comfortable - an excellent value, would definitely stay again. Basic well-thought out accommodations that are spotlessly clean and smell nice. Bed was a bit springy but I slept well. Appreciated the mini Kind bar and coffee maker - made a nice quick breakfast for my early departure. Soap and shampoo are a big cut above the usual. Very cheerfully greeted when I checked in with thorough explanation of room particulars. Great selection of high quality drinks and snacks (cheeses, etc) in the general store (which closes at 8pm). Would definitely stay again - an excellent value.

I had low expectations for this inn. It's one of the only places to stay in Baker which is just minutes away from Great Basin National Park. We didn't want to drive an hour to the next town, so we booked two nights at this inn. We were in one of the rooms in the building behind the gas station. The walls are thin, but we didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors. The room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was how loud the air conditioning unit was. We tried to get it to stay on all night so that we wouldn't hear it turn on and off all night, but it still kept turning off. There is a cute store that we picked up some snacks at which is the same place you check in at. The owner was really nice and accommodating. I needed ice for my foot and there wasn't an ice machine, but she gave me some from the store. The wifi did go out kind of frequently, but we were able to get it restarted and when it was working, the speed was faster than I thought it would be. I would happily stay here again.

No pool, but great location by the national park which has some nice streams.
