We stayed here a few nights ago. Absolutely bang on for the money. Really clean and spacious room, the lady at check in was super friendly. Felt safe and was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and for the money couldn't fault it one bit. Would stay again!!

Positive: room was clean Negative: grounds were a little messy. we could hear people talking in the room next to us (thin walls). no refrigerator in room, no microwave, no breakfast, and no staff on duty at 7:00 am (office door was locked). will not stay here again. not recommended

Double charged for very basic room. Unbelievably bad. Booked this hotel online a few days before arriving. When we arrived, the night clerk said the “internet os not working” and he could not confirm my reservation. I paid cash for a room and a few days later - my credit card that guaranteed the room was also charged for the same amount.

Downtown Ely is gorgeous, especially in the snow we experienced last night. So, this hotel is not a luxury resort or anything. To be clear, if you're looking for that, this is not the place. However, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The kiddo loved the pond a block away with all the swans and geese. The telly did shut itself off repeatedly, and there was a miniature door by the bed which gave the kid a whole bunch of ideas about ghosts and fairies potentially inhabiting the place. It was a lot of fun. I'll definitely be back next time I'm through Ely. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a budget hotel room.
