Only giving 1 star because the bed/pillows were pretty good, but that is it. We walked into our room and there was a used tissue sitting on the counter. Super gross. As we inspected the room some more, there were spots of things all over the walls(not sure if it was food or bugs, wasn't about to find out.) Turned on the shower and the shower head was clearly clogged, as well as the drain(the water went down so slow that it brought things back up instead.) My husband and I refused to use the shower because of this. Our first morning there, we opened the blinds to find a man walking behind the building looking into our window, that made me extremely uncomfortable to continue staying there. Last but not least, went to make some coffee in the front little dining area. The fridge where the creamer/bagels were kept was definitely not keeping anything cold and was absolutely disgusting underneath everything. I would not recommend this place until they bring someone who knows what they are doing in to deep clean.

They were pleasant upon check-in, but when we needed help during the night the front desk clerk was put out and we had to wait 15 min after ringing them for them to even begin to help. The room was clean and the amenities worked out well.

Not a great experience Here. Seemed like the beds were the only thing made and nothing else. Very dirty... as you can see. Not even a fresh toilet paper roll. Called the front desk for extra toilet paper and an iron. I was told that they would provide both shortly. After not hearing from them 30mins later went to the front desk where we were told that if we didn't request an iron at the time of the booking we wouldn't get one. (There was never an option to) Had friends staying at the same location-same days, rooms down whom received an iron without asking nor requesting one. Aside from that the 2nd day our room key did not open, we waited in the front desk, no one there for quite a long time. Ended up using the side door to get into our room as we had the room right next to the front desk (Shared door lock not secure). Next day asked for new towels and ended up checking out and never receiving those towels. This room However was spacious. But did not come with an iron, iron board nor hair dryer. The mini fridge in there also did not work. No attention to detail on maintenance nor cleanliness. I don't recommend for the price.

Was on the third floor this time and loved the view even more. Checking in was fast and easy. Breakfast was nice, I left the waffle in longer so center wasn't mushy. Weather was nice and clear. Room was clean and hotel close to shopping and restaurants some still no fine in though.
