NIGHTMARE to deal with-did not stay due to zero communication, tried to call office over a dozen times, weeks before my reservation in order to cancel. I then sent multiple emails to get confirmation of my cancellation. NO ANSWER EVER. Obviously very small time operation. only got recordings of a guy telling me to try another extension-then the extension was him again saying sorry try the other number!!! Then I get back home and they charged me for the room that I cancelled weeks before!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reserved ground floor room since no elevator for a 3 story hotel. Upon check-in told not available and put on 3rd floor. The thing about being family owned is they have no one to answer to for standards or conduct. Room also had window curtains pinned shut...no light in room.

Better than I expected. Very clean and my king room had a jacuzzi tub. Pretty cool. Only reason not 5 stars is there was no bar soap for the shower and no plastic water cups. Other than those small niggles it was good. There's also a convenience store and gas station.

Positive: The staff was nice, place is very affordable, bed was comfortable and the room was huge. Overall it's a good value if you're on a budget. Negative: The room did have a little smell to it, but you got use to it after a little while. There were some spider webs in one of the corners. I don't think breakfast started until 7am and I had to leave before then.
