I had a tooth cleaning early in the like around April, well I ended up have 3 small cavities that needed fill but they told me they couldn't get me in till December.. I kept calling and asking if they could move the appointment up as I was having pain , they could not change the appointment..Fast forward 6 months later they had a cancellation and called me ..I dropped what I was doing and came in as I was having so much pain.. they only filled 2 of the 3 cavities because the one cavity hurt to bad they want me to see the specialist to see if the tooth is cracked. I asked them to fill it till then as I do not have money to go to the specialist..they refused. They made me wait a half a year to fill my cavities. It prop turned into a larger cavity.I am prob taking my service else where so I can get my cavity filled in a timely manner.. as they refuse to take a new recent x ray of it and fill it .

Horrible FIRST time experience. I scheduled my appointment yesterday for 1:30 and I get a text earlier today saying my appointment was for 2:30. I get there early and they sit me in after 10 mins in the back and as I walk in the radio is blaring loud with music. Very unprofessional. I walk out after waiting for almost an hour just to be seen. As I "check out" the receptionist says she thought I wasn't going to make it because it was after my scheduled time. So I then show her the text message of my appointment that was moved to 2:30. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Crooks. I've been there 3 times in one week. I'm in horrible pain. They got all my care credit money and insurance benefits then tried to refer me somewhere else. I've been in pain for over a week after having a crown put on. I believe my pain is from when the lady ripped my temp crown out. They won't give me antibiotics or pain medication. I paid 600 dollars for a crown I'm going to have to have extracted because as I explained to them before they put the crown on I don't have money for a root canal. They said there was no shadow meaning we wernt too close to the nerve and it should be fine. I was very clear If we were they were told to pull it. I feel taken advantage of. Whatever is going on now was caused by something they did. now i have no faith or trust in them. I'm in pain with no way to fix it. BEWARE.
