I've never given a one star review before and I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying your August Summer Sampler. As soon as he saw it mentioned in the newspaper, he tried to get tickets but they were all sold out. The website said tickets would be sold at the door the day of the event. Imagine our suprise when we showed up today at 4:00 when the door opened to be told that if we wanted tickets we should come back at 5:00. What? Where is that mentioned on your website? Other

This is a wonderful facility to start up a food related company at a reasonable price. Vendors can rent "table space" for prep work, then use common equipment to produce. lab is open 24 hours daily, to facilitate any needed schedule .

Fork food lab provides so many great things, giant fridge and freezer great area for dry storage, some tasting areas and two stories of opportunities to cook to your hearts desire!!! I have been cooking here for some time and it feels like everyone is so tight knit!!!! And can practically accommodate all your cutlary needs from pots to pans to industrial mixers and combi ovens!!!!!,please if you have any business needs in the culinary industry please look no further!!!!!

Hi Jason, As a kitchen we don't regulate ingredients. As long as you have our requirements which are Manager ServSafe, Kitchen Insurance and a Food Processing License from the state we allow all types of food producers.

Do I need a reservation to come see community / commissary kitchen or can I show up to speak with some chefs who are renting there to see if its a good fit for me? If not a current renter what ate my options to see kitchen and speak with someone?

There are monthly open houses when anyone can come tour the kitchen and meet members, or you can contact the kitchen manager to arrange another time. Find more info on Fork Food Lab's website and Facebook page.
