Not much unusual, it’s a typical SpringHill property, but the front door was locked due up painting of the building facade. It’s pretty much in the downtown and you can find a few diners across the street, quite convenient. I spent about 1.5 hours walk around the blocks next to the hotel.

Amazing staff both on the holistic side and recreational side. As you think about the products they sell it's not so much what they're selling it's more how they sell it and their personalities, they seem to really enjoy educating themselves to provide you with the research and then recommending various options to improve your way of life ❤️ highly recommend you choose this family owned very successful Enterprise. Love the name and logo...😂

Me and my family always stay here at least 1-2 times a year and we love all our Springhill hotels everywhere, however like some said in previous review the hotel rooms need renovating. As most place here in Alaska and time things start to fall apart. Also the breakfast that everyone was saying they had about 4 months ago (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc) was non existent this stay for us. We were down there early too and nothing. Which is strange because Covid has subsided but 4 months ago it was still pretty high. I’m not sure they can use because of Covid. Anyhoo other than that I will say that the guy that checked us in was nice and the tourists were super friendly to us locals.

Rainbow Alaska

Really great comfortable hotel right downtown Fairbanks on the river. It was clean and I felt safe. The pool and hot tub were nice but wish they would keep it open later. They have breakfast, a gym, elevators, a mini store, and parking.
