Roaches appeared throughout the room. Room wasn't ready for check-in when I arrived and they gave me a smoking room when we paid for a non-smoking. Generally unclean and dilapidated room.

This is awful. Right when I entered the room there was this bad smell. After a day, bugs and other things were crawling around, dirty, dusty, one fridge doesn’t work, I hear so many noises, hard to sleep, old, literal hole in the wall they didn’t bother to fix, Bunch of drunk people. Never going again. Most horrific time of my life.

I’ve read thru the reviews about how they had bed bugs and roaches, and I seen how they responded to said posts. I had thought they had fixed the bed bug problem, but it’s still a major problem. Both rooms we had went to didn’t have an operational tv, the first room’s ac/heat unit didn’t work, and both turned out to be infested with bed bugs. At 3 am they offered us a refund and to come to them in the morning only to meet someone telling us that we couldn’t get one that it was too late with a bad attitude. Their rooms are as bad as their attitudes, I will never stay here again. I would never recommend them.

Positive: The location was very convenient and the night staff quite friendly Negative: The lock on the door was broken and the room was not very clean. Looked like a drink had been spilled in the coffee table and allowed to sit was very sticky and the bathroom toilet was rather disgusting. I cleaned it myself before I was able to use it
