Positive: The Ritz Carlton it is not, and I can point out some things that are less than perfect. Its availability, quiet (I didn't hear my neighbors and not much traffic noise), cleanliness, staff, and unexpected-daily housekeeping are perfect. I'll be back. Negative: The exterior elements can use a facelift, nothing serious, paint & elbow grease, mainly on the concrete walks and steps.

I wish I could give no stars, or negative stars. To say this place was bad is an understatement, it’s more like a danger to public health and decency. After a long day of travel, we were exhausted. And my standards for cheap hotels is low, but this set the bar so much lower than I was ever prepared to go. We were woken up by bugs crawling on us, and my girlfriend couldn’t get back to sleep because she became itchy from the bug bites. I can tell you from experience it’s an eleven minute walk to the holiday inn express from this hole in the universe to something decent.

Visiting family and decided to stay somewhere cheap. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I always gravitate towards cheap motels and my standards are low, but this place gave me a new standard of low. First room smelt so badly of cigarettes so we changed rooms. Second room still smelled of cigs but decided it wasn’t as bad. This room had cigarette burns marks on the furniture. Urine was on the toilet. A/C was in bad shape. Bed is awful. Pillows are practically nonexistent. EVERYTHING is dirty. THE WORST PART: I was getting bit all night by bugs. I was so itchy that I couldn’t sleep, asked the individual working for a refund, no refund. So we walked to the holiday inn, had comfy beds and a great free breakfast.

The price was way too expensive for what we got. The smell was absolutely awful!!! AWFUL!! I highly doubt the sheets were clean. They smelled like someone sprayed spray on top of them and didnt bother to change the sheets. It smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. The air conditioner cover was broken and hanging off. There were black spots on the pillow cases and stains on the sheets. No blanket was in the room. Towel rod was broken. The work desk did not have a bulb so I was unable to work properly. There was what's appeared to be dust or ashes in the bathroom sink and the stopper was broken. Absolutely WORST hotel experience in my life!!!!!! Just awful!!!!! I will never stay at this hotel again!! And I will be sure to never refer anyone in that direction!!! Absolutely not!!!!
