In order to get a better answer. I would call the Citrus County old courthouse museum in downtown Inverness. They keep the records for those cemeteries. If you don't get an answer from them you could go to City Hall in Inverness they are now the custodians of the those two cemeteries

Only people who visit Google maps and this particular page. The veterans cemetery is located in Bushnell, FL. You can call the clerk of the city of Inverness to inquire about a graves @ Pine Hill or Oak Ridge cemeteries tho I don't believe they'll gift it to you.
