I am very confused. If you purchase a mobile home in the park, do you also purchase the lot it sits upon? If someone then I am assuming you would pay a HOA fee per month or annually to cover monthly garbage, etc. What are your monthly fees?

You have to rent the lot. Your only purchasing the mobile home. it generally comes with a contract stating that you have to keep the mobile home on the rented lot for a number of years before moving.

Average lot rent for 2018? What if anything is included in lot rent? Are pets aloud in the park? Also are there any trailer rent to own available ever also is there a age limit on trailer or residence?

No pool great mgr nice people in the park mostly snow birds nice community house. Close to ever thing in the 300 price range month pets yes with limits 55 n over.

Can you advise if you have any rental units for January, February and possibly March, 2019 and the monthly rate? Thank you
